Certified Translator and Interpreter in Cascais

Cascais is home to one of the largest British and international expat communities in Portugal. It’s also where I registered my own marriage and my son’s birth. I know the Conservatória do Registo Civil de Cascais well enough to be on first-name terms with the security guard.

Conservatória do Registo Civil de Cascais

This is where marriages, births, deaths, and other civil events are registered for the Cascais municipality, covering Cascais, Estoril, Carcavelos, Parede, and São Domingos de Rana. I’ve been here more times than I can count. I registered my own marriage here, and later came back to register our son’s birth. I know how the office works, which documents the registrars expect, and what level of detail they require.

I provide interpretation at Conservatória appointments in Cascais for birth registrations, marriage ceremonies and transcriptions, divorce registrations, and name changes.
